These charges against the defendant are outragous, he didnt do anything, he is innocent. your trying to send a innocent person to prison.

Your honor here I have with me william H. Rehnquist cheif Justice Of the U.S Supreme Court. Chapter 288 article 35D book 165 states "A witness' testimony my be discredited if the witness appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol" In the case at hand I am not under the influence of anything. Chapter 111 article 1S " a witness may testify on behalf of a defendent, and is required to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing about the truth" regardless what i was doing at the time of the incident. I told the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I also have with me in custody the drive of the first tow truck.

well this person is being wrongly accused and i witnessed what happened, now let me just quote one more chapter, Chapter315 section 331 if a honorable court office willingly, knowingly inprisons a innocent person then that court official will do so and step down as a high court office.

"On behalf of championgal's testimony I William H, Rehnquist can and will testify that while making a statement on what happened to the bike she was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, i know this because I have been with her from 800am this morning."
